The Canadian Hypnosis Conference is offering one and two day Pre or Post Conference Workshops. These workshop spaces are limited, and will be selected at the discretion of the CHC. Once you have filled out the Call for Speaker application form , please fill out the application form below for consideration as a Workshop Presenter.
Please carefully read the following guidelines regarding Pre and Post Conference Workshops.
Pre and Post Conference Class Guidelines:
- All pre and post classes are will be on a pre-registration basis. The CHC will list the classes on the website, in newsletters and on our Social Media sites. The presenter is responsible for marketing their class beyond the CHC, making it a joint effort between the CHC and the presenter to fill the class.
- The pre and post classes are not included in the price of the Conference for attendees, and the cost of each class is determined by the presenter.
- The presenter is responsible for the costs of all workbooks, handouts and materials needed for the workshop.
- We suggest that all post-conference class presenters do a 1 hour presentation on either Saturday or Sunday to raise interest for their class.
- The cost of room rental per day is $225.00 plus HST, the cost of a projector is $75.00 per day
- Any profits after expenses (above) CHC will receive 20%, and the presenter will receive 80%.
The workshops will be priced in Canadian Dollars + HST.
Presenters from the United States or Overseas need to price their workshops to reflect the Canadian Dollar.
